Warranty & Returns

We are confident you’ll be extremely happy with your purchase from UsaRim. We depend on thorough research and decades of hands on experience to ensure your new wheels and tires are a perfect fit for your vehicle. However, due to the variety of vehicle upgrade packages and changing manufacturer specifications, it’s always recommended that the wheels be dry fitted on the vehicle to ensure proper fitment, prior to installation. If there are any issues with fitment, our technicians are standing by to help you or your installers and can be reached 7 days a week at 858-245-1802

  • If you are not completely satisfied you must return the items, unused, within 7 days of receipt. If the wheels are not returned within 7 days of receipt, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • Credit will be issued less shipping costs. Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees in the case of a return or exchange. Exceptions will only be made if the merchandise was misrepresented, damaged or does not fit the customers car.
  • Used items including wheels that have been mounted on tires are not refundable. Ultimately fitment is your responsibility. Dry fitting the wheels/tires will allow you or the installer to test fitment before installing them on the vehicle. If there is any issue with the wheels, please do not install and call us right away at 858-245-1802 . Remember, if you mount them you own them. All items must be returned in original packaging.
  • If items are improperly packaged and damaged during return transit, wheels are not refundable. All items must be returned in brand new, saleable condition, in the original packaging. Feel free to call us if you need help repackaging the wheels and we will carefully walk you through the process of repackaging.
  • If for any reason our wheels do not fit your vehicle as stated, we will offer a new set in exchange for the wheels as long as they are returned in the original packaging, unused and un-mounted. If you don’t want another set of wheels, a refund will be issued in the same form as your original payment, minus shipping/handling costs.
  • Returned items will not be accepted without prior authorization. If you wish to return an item, you must call us at 858-245-1802 to obtain a return authorization code. Items sent back without a proper RAC code will be refused.
