Shipping & Returns

To help ensure that your retail shopping experience at eurotechwheels.com is a pleasant one, we have anticipated some possible questions.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground Insured S/H service. For orders outside of the continental United States other carriers may be used for faster service and lower rates. Your welcome to use your own personal/company shipping account at no extra charge.

UPS Ground service takes 1-6 business days to arrive, depending on your geographical location. All items are shipped out of our San Diego, California warehouse. International Orders take 1-2 weeks in transit. Orders received by us prior to 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped that same day. If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are fixed at $119 per set, per set of four wheels, including UPS Insurance, anywhere in the continental United States. For shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico, and international destinations, please call our shipping dept at 858-638-1501 or email shipping@eurotechwheels.com and you will be provided with an instant quote. FPO & APO orders will be shipped via USPS and rate will vary, please contact us for an exact quote.

Yes, online shopping at The Eurotech Wheels is both secure and private. EuroTech Wheels has implemented stringent security procedures to ensure that your information is protected. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, Netscape 2.0 or higher, America Online 3.0 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox, all information that you provide will be automatically encrypted for security. In addition, EuroTech Wheels has a strict policy of keeping customer information confidential. Your information will NOT be provided to any outside agencies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You may also use your Paypal account to pay without disclosing your financial information. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped. We also accept checks/money orders, cods and bank wire transfers.

What shipping options are available?

Your order will arrive approximately 7 business days from receipt by us, depending upon your geographical location and your carrier/service choice. For an additional fee you may select next day or two day delivery. Next day or two day priority shipment International orders, expect longer delays for delivery.

We make every attempt to get your tracking information to you as fast as possible. You will be emailed and or phoned with your shipment details within one business day of your order. If you need immediate assistance or have not received tracking info, you can always reach our shipping dept. at 858-638-1501 or by email at shipping@eurotechwheels.com

What If I have questions about my order?

You may call our customer service dept. seven days a week to discuss your order @ 858-245-1802, we look forward to hearing from you.

What is your return policy?

We are confident you'll be extremely happy with everything you have purchased at eurotechwheels.com . If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days of purchase.

Returns are accepted with prior authorization, no later than 7 days after receipt of goods. Certain restrictions and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Transit costs are not refundable and customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.888.836-4185 for a Return Aputhorization Number. A credit will be issued in the same manner the purchase was made promptly after receipt of returned merchandise. Items must be returned in unopened or untampered packaging within 7 days of purchase. Please check items thoroughly, before installation. Used items will not be refunded.
