Will these wheels fit my car ?
Every wheel we sell is guaranteed to fit your vehicle or your money back. However, there are certain cars with larger brakes or other upgrade packages that may require hubcentric adapters at an extra cost. Please call us before bidding if you're unsure about fitment, you can reach our automotive professionals 7 days a week at 858-245-1802.
Where are the wheels made ?
We guarantee the same quality as your factory wheels. Our wheels are made in several OEM factories throughout Europe, North America and Asia. Each wheel endures a vigorous 16 step testing process including x-ray, underwater, radial fatigue and spectrometer tests to ensure it meets or exceeds the quality of your original wheels. Our wheels are TUV, ISO and JWL certified and have passed every necessary requirement your vehicle manufacturer has set forth, guaranteed.
Is the price for 1 or 4 wheels ?
Our price always includes the complete set of four wheels and center caps.
How will going with larger wheels affect the ride/performance
of my car ?
Plus sizing your wheels and tires is the best way to improve both the performance and appearance of your vehicle. Your new wheels will look great and perform even better, ensuring your odometer/speedometer and all factory original specs stay intact. By upgrading to larger wheels, you will also gain better handling and stability on the road.
Who makes these wheels ?

Different Finishes :
Silver : Silver refers to a silver painted wheel, this finish is usually the standard when you purchase a vehicle from the dealership (clear-coated).
Triple Chrome : Triple Chrome is a brilliant, shiny, reflective finish plated three times for 3x the shine & durability.
Machined/ Machine Polished : A Process of machining that gives the wheel a polished look, close to chrome but not as shiny (clear-coated).
Black : Black painted wheel (clear-coated).
Polished Lip : Refers to the outer edge or lip/dish of the wheel that is polished to provide contrast to the base finish (usually silver or black).
Chrome Lip : Refers to the outer edge or lip/dish of the wheel that is chromed to provide contrast to the base finish (usually silver or black).
Gunmetal : Gunmetal is simply a reference to a gray painted wheel that resembles a gunmetal finish, also referred to as charcoal (clear-coated).
Clear Coat/ Protective Finish : This is a coating process used for silver and polished wheels that ensures the finish is extremely durable last as long as the vehicle, with proper care.

What are these wheels made from ?
These wheels are made using aircraft aluminum alloy – the strongest, lightest aluminum available.
What is the offset on these wheels ?
We carry multiple offsets for most of the wheels that we stock. Offset is the backspacing, or thickness of the back pad on your wheel. Offset is a number that constantly changes from one manufacturer to another. Each wheel is unique in it's design and configuration, due to this, there is not one offset that will work for any certain vehicle. We test fit each one of our wheels at local dealerships to ensure perfect fitment before sending them to you. Are the wheels available staggered ?
You may find several wheels we offer come in staggered fitment. The term 'Staggered' refers to wheel setups where the rear wheels are wider than the front rims i.e. non- staggered would be 18*8 all round, staggered wheels might be 18*8 in front and 18*9 in the rear, always having a wider stance in the back.
How to read wheel sizes :
For example 19 x 9
- The first number [19] refers to the overall diameter of the wheels
- The second number [9] refers to the width of the wheels
Will my existing tires fit these wheels ?
Your tires have a series of numbers, indicating the width/height/diameter. The numbers will read something like 235-40-17, possibly with a letter or two in between the digits, indicating speed/temperature ratings.
- The first number [235] refers to the width of the tire.
- The second number [40] refers to the height of the tire.
- The third number [17] refers to the diameter of the tire.
Will my original lug bolts/ lug nuts work with these new wheels ?
Anytime you change a wheel, you must change the bolts. Even if you are changing one stock wheel to another, the depth and tread varies and requires a different size bolt. As a convenience to you, we carry the installation kit needed to install these wheels, precision-made to match the exact size and finish of your new wheels. We stock bolts to avoid you the expensive hassle of trying to find the correct parts needed for installation, which can sometimes take weeks and cost hundreds of dollars.

Do you sell tires ?
We do offer tire packages on most of our wheels. We can send the wheels/tires mounted and balanced or separately. We carry most brands of tires and stock any size that you will need. Please Call us at 858-245-1802 to discuss tire options for your vehicle.
What tire size do I need for my new wheels ?
Please Call us at 858-245-1802 for a recommended tire size for your new wheels. Once we obtain your vehicle year, make and model, we can determine the appropriate size tires for your car.
What about the warranty ?
Every UsaRim wheel is made so well, it comes with a Lifetime Warranty, protecting you from defects as long as you own the wheels. This does not cover against accidents, or other damages caused by the driver.
Finish Warranty
Each wheel is backed by an industry-leading twelve-month finish warranty. If there's an issue with the finish on a wheel, it is usually apparent immediately. If after 12 months there are no problems, you can rest-assured the finish on your wheels will last as long as your vehicle.

What shipping options are available ?
All standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Your order will arrive approximately 1-7 business days from the time it was placed. Delivery time depends upon your geographical location to San Diego, CA. See below for exact transit times.

What about international shipping?
Please click HERE for a list of our international shipping costs. International Orders take 1-2 weeks in transit. Custom brokerage fees are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the customer, upon delivery.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees vary based on the weight of the package and/or any special promotional pricing. Please see item for shipping rates. Advertised shipping rates apply to the complete set of wheels and/or tires. Advertised shipping rates include the continental United States only. S/H to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico is approximately $300, total. FPO & APO orders will be shipped via USPS and rate will vary, please contact our shipping dept. at 858-245-1802 for an exact quote.

Is shopping online with us secure?
Yes, online shopping with us is both secure and private. In addition, we have implemented stringent security procedures to ensure that your information is protected. All information that you provide will be automatically encrypted for security. We have a strict policy of keeping customer information confidential. Your personal info will not be provided to any outside agencies or used for marketing. You will not hear from us unless you opt-in to receive our in-house newsletter.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also use your Paypal account to pay without disclosing your financial information. We also accept checks.
How do I check the status of my order?

Return Policy
We are confident you'll be extremely happy with your purchase from UsaRim. We depend on thorough research and decades of hands on experience to ensure your new wheels and tires are a perfect fit for your vehicle. However, due to the variety of vehicle upgrade packages and changing manufacturer specifications, it's always recommended that the wheels be dry fitted on the vehicle to ensure proper fitment, prior to installation. If there are any issues with fitment, our technicians are standing by to help you or your installers and can be reached 7 days a week at 858-245-1802.
- If you are not completely satisfied you must return the items, unused, within 7 days of receipt. If the wheels are not returned within 7 days of receipt, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
- Credit will be issued less shipping costs. Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees in the case of a return or exchange. Exceptions will only be made if the merchandise was misrepresented, damaged or does not fit the customers car.
- Used items including wheels that have been mounted on tires are not refundable. Ultimately fitment is your responsibility. Dry fitting the wheels/tires will allow you or the installer to test fitment before installing them on the vehicle. If there is any issue with the wheels, please do not proceed to installation and call us right away at 858-245-1802.. Remember, if YOU MOUNT THEM YOU OWN THEM. All items must be returned in original packaging.
- If items are improperly packaged and damaged during return transit, wheels are not refundable. All items must be returned in brand new, saleable condition, in the original packaging. Feel free to call us if you need help repackaging the wheels and we will carefully walk you through the process of repackaging.
- If for any reason our wheels do not fit your vehicle as stated, we will offer a new set in exchange for the wheels as long as they are returned in the original packaging, unused and un-mounted. If you don't want another set of wheels, a refund will be issued in the same form as your original payment, minus shipping/handling costs.
- Returned items will not be accepted without prior authorization. If you wish to return an item, you must call us at 858-245-1802. to obtain a return authorization code. Items sent back without a proper RAC code will be refused.
